Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Technical Consultant to join a forward-thinking team within a leading tech consultancy. The role involves working closely with clients and internal technical specialists to gather and analyse technology requirements and assist in delivering bespoke IT solutions. The position includes collaborating with sales teams and external suppliers, managing hardware sourcing, and supporting the deployment of IT infrastructure and applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work alongside clients to identify their technical requirements and business goals.

• Support the development of tailored technology solutions that align with client budgets.

• Manage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

• Keep abreast of emerging technology trends, products, and services.

• Assist with technical demonstrations and client presentations.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing client satisfaction.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, operating systems, hardware components, or cloud platforms.

• Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently.

• Familiar with common productivity software such as Microsoft Office.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.

• Eager to learn and enhance technical knowledge continuously.
