Opportunity:

• Be the go-to hero for first-line technical support, helping users by phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networks, servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, and more.
• Get involved in exciting IT projects – from cloud migrations to network upgrades and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Monitor and maintain systems, updates, backups, and patching to keep everything running smoothly.
• Produce reports, document processes, and help keep IT operations secure and compliant.

Personal Profile:

• Some experience in an IT support role (MSP experience a bonus!).
• A solid grounding in networking, operating systems, and IT security principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and common business apps.
