Junior Learning Designer
Digital Content Team | £25,000 - £30,000 + excellent benefits | Full-time, Hybrid (South London)
Are you passionate about how people learn? Do you want to do more than create slides and tick boxes? We’re looking for someone who gets excited about designing experiences that genuinely help people grow. If that sounds like you, read on.
LDN Apprenticeships is a highly rated by Ofsted and B Corp-certified organisation with a straightforward mission: "We deliver skills programmes that build the capability of our learners and drive measurable, sustainable growth for our customers". Our Digital Learning Design team is central to that work, building online learning that is genuinely good, not just compliant.
This role is a real opportunity to develop your career in learning design, with the support of experienced colleagues who want to see you succeed. You’ll be working on live projects from day one and contributing ideas, not just executing tasks.
The role
You’ll join the Digital Learning Design team as a Junior Learning Designer, working on the design and development of online learning experiences across a range of programmes and audiences. The role is predominantly remote, with at least one day a month at our South London office near Vauxhall/Stockwell.
You’ll be supported and mentored as you settle in, but this isn’t a passive role. We want someone with curiosity and initiative, someone who asks questions, spots what could be better, and has the drive to do something about it.
