If you've recently qualified as a solicitor and are looking to step away from private practice into a genuinely varied in-house role, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're partnering with a leading global business to recruit a Junior Legal Counsel to join a highly regarded and supportive legal team. This is an ideal first in-house move, offering exposure to a broad range of legal matters, excellent mentoring and the chance to develop your commercial skills within an international organisation.

Whether you've qualified into Commercial, Corporate, Commercial Litigation or Real Estate, we'd love to hear from you if you're keen to broaden your experience and become a trusted business adviser.

What you'll be doing

No two days will be the same. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of legal work, including:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements

Advising stakeholders across the business on day-to-day legal matters

Supporting litigation and disputes, working alongside external counsel where required

Assisting with company secretarial matters and governance

Contributing to compliance and regulatory projects

Building strong relationships with colleagues across the UK and wider international business

You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work while receiving ongoing coaching and support as your confidence and expertise grow.

About you

You'll be a recently qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification in early 2027) with experience gained in one of the following areas:

Commercial

Corporate

Commercial Litigation

Real Estate

More importantly, you'll be commercially minded, keen to learn and excited by the prospect of working closely with the business rather than purely advising from the sidelines.
