Salary - £25,000 - £26,000 (Pro Rata for part time hours)

Hours: 5-day week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, full time or part time hours considered

We have an exciting Role for a Lettings Administrator in Surbiton

Supporting the renewals and lettings progression team with legal paperwork (contracts, tenancy swaps, AML checks and serving notices)

Lettings & Compliance

• Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screening.
• Draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and register deposits.
• Oversee compliance for all move-ins/outs and tenancy documentation
