A busy lettings team is looking for a Junior Lettings Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the lettings process, providing administrative and customer service support to landlords, tenants and the team.
As Junior Lettings Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from tenants and landlords.
Managing all tenancy paperwork, including tenancy agreements, references, and compliance documentation (e.g., Right to Rent checks, EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates).
Ensuring properties are marketed effectively and promptly, including uploading listings to online portals.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using the property management system.
Liaising with contractors and manage maintenance scheduling prior to move-ins.
Handling move-in and move-out processes, including inventory checks and deposit collection.
Supporting the lettings team with general administration and ad-hoc tasks.
We’re looking for a Junior Lettings Coordinator with:
Previous experience in a similar lettings or property administration role, however not essential for the right candidate.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confident in using Microsoft Office and property management software e.g. Reapit.
Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements are if beneficial, as is an ARLA/Propertymark qualification.
