A wonderful family near Petersfield seek a long term nanny / housekeeper to join their family.
You will be caring for two children aged 11 and 12 years and supporting the running of the family home.
Hours are full time 40 hours a week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
7:30am until 6:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break.
Family is located in a beautiful rural setting. Live in Accommodation is own bedroom, bathroom and living room with separate entrance.
The right nanny / housekeeper will have an interest in caring for children with additional needs as 11 year old has Autism, PDA & separation anxiety. She is tutored in the family home during the daytime.
When she is with her tutor, there is plenty of time to organise the home and provide housekeeping. You will provide shopping, meal planning & preparation, cleaning, tidying, dusting, hoovering, changing beds, supporting with laundry and ensuring kitchens and bathrooms are clean. You will feel confident organising your time and supporting with the upkeep of the home.
An animal lover is essential as the family has dogs, a cat and rabbits. A nanny who is confident going on a daily dog walk with the girl is essential and helping with animal care.
You must feel comfortable travelling with the family abroad. Usually, three times a year to France.
A car driver required. Own car preferred.
You will hold some previous experience caring for children. You will ideally have Knowledge/ experience caring for children with additional needs, a childcare qualification is a huge advantage. Checkable childcare references and a clean DBS check is essential.

Rate to reflect experience and qualifications.
The ideal rate the family offers is £510\-£560 gross per a week (£26,520 \- £29,120 gross per a year) for over 21s
£440\-£500 (£22,800 \- £26,000) for 18\-20 year olds.
Position to start asap although family are happy to wait for notice periods for the right nanny.
