Are you from an Electrical Maintenance background? On offer is an exciting opportunity working Panama shifts within a leading Manufacturing company who offer overtime, specialist training and the chance to continually progress your career.

The leading company are a plastics manufacturer who work with a broad client base across numerous sectors including major blue chip companies. They have seen major growth since their establishment to the point they have numerous sites across UK and are looking to grow their friendly engineering team to keep up with an ever increasing workload.

In this varied role you will work within a tight-knit engineering team of 6, carrying out primarily reactive maintenance (80%), in addition to some PPM and process improvement on production and packaging equipment used within film extrusion. You will read and work from electrical drawings and fault find down to a component level, in addition to undertaking some mechanical work as you work a Panama shift pattern.

This varied role would suit someone from an Electrical Maintenance background looking for a stable, shift based role within a leading manufacturer who provide occasional overtime to boost your earnings and progression to senior roles.

The Role:
* Electrical repairs and fault finding on production machinery
* Undertake primarily reactive maintenance (80%), but also some PPM and improvement work
* Receive specialist training to upskill yourself, working within team of 6 engineers
* Panama shift pattern, 12 hour shifts days and nights
* Overtime available to increase earnings

* Happy to work a Panama Shift pattern
* Commutable to Port Talbot
