Are you a Junior Maintenance Fitter or similar, looking for a varied days-based role within a well-established manufacturing company operating in the industrial sector who offer training to develop your skills and where you will finish at 11am on a Friday? You will also be able to significantly increase your earnings through lots of available overtime.

This company have been operating for over 130 years and are now the leading manufacturers of refractories in the UK. This well-established company manufacture and produce a range of refractory products based on different minerals, they have seen continual growth year on year and are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance engineer to join their team and help with their ongoing goal of growth.

On a day-to-day basis you will be carrying out general reactive and planned maintenance on the manufacturing machinery, as well as installations, fault finding and improving the process of various manufacturing machinery. This is a site-based role where you will work Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:00pm, Friday 6:00am-11:00am, managing your own time throughout the day.

The varied role would suit a Junior Maintenance Fitter or similar looking for a role in a multi-million pound company within the Industrial sector offering early finish on a Friday and the opportunity to develop your skills through training.

The Person:

• Some maintenance experience
• Looking for a site-based role
• Mechanical based qualification
