Description

The key responsibilities of the Junior Management Accountant include:

• Preparing accrued income and management accounts for a high-impact business entity

• Running the full P&L, COS, and intercompany recharges for smaller entities

• Owning balance sheet and cashflow reporting, with accuracy and timeliness at the core

• Producing weekly MI reporting with real insight: revenue, GM%, and performance commentary

• Managing intercompany revenue, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis

• Supporting audit processes and continuously improving the control framework

Profile

The successful Junior Management Accountant will be:

• A high-potential Assistant or Junior Accountant ready to step up

• You're confident in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling are second nature)

• Strong communicator - able to engage across teams and explain numbers with clarity

• Organised, proactive, and hungry to grow within a high-performing finance team

• Ideally part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA
