Junior Management Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a reputable organisation and play a key role within their finance team. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in management accounting and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

About you

This role would be a great fit for someone with a background in audit or experience in an industry role that involves audit processes, internal controls, and monthly financial reporting. We’re looking for someone who’s good at building strong working relationships - both with internal teams and external partners. You’ll be working closely with the finance business partners, the financial reporting team, and the wider Group Finance team. You’ll need to be part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and confident using Excel.

As a Junior Management Accountant, your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Support month-end reporting: journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist audit processes with timely, accurate responses and evidence
• Manage fixed assets for routine and ad hoc tasks
• Help implement and monitor financial controls for a listed group
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
