Junior Management Accountant

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
• Assisting with weekly reporting on sales, payroll, and operational performance
• Helping prepare and reconcile balance sheets and cash flows
• Investigating and explaining variances - not just reporting them
• Supporting audit preparation and process improvements across the team

About you:

• You're currently studying towards a finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, etc.) and eager to complete it
• You've got a good grasp of Excel and maybe even enjoy exploring formulas and shortcuts
• You're inquisitive by nature and enjoy understanding the "why" behind the numbers
• You're confident speaking up, asking questions, and sharing ideas
