Junior Manufacturing Engineer (Technical + Supervisor Training)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Career Progression + Business Operations Training + Management Training (Opportunity to become GM Or Technical Manager) + 39 hour week + Management Bonus Scheme early Friday finish.

Office/ Workshop-Based: Commutable from Plymouth, Saltash, Ivybridge, Tavistock and surrounding areas.

The role
*Supporting the Technical Manager & General Manager with day-to-day operations
*Overseeing operations from the workshop through to commercial functions
*Clear progression opportunity to become General Manager in the future

The Person
*From a manufacturing or CNC background
*Strong understanding of shop-floor and manufacturing processes
* From a CNC, manufacturing or engineering background, such as CNC Machinist, Toolmaker, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer
