Junior Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is passionate about marketing, branding, and customer engagement, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative marketing environment. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to help deliver impactful campaigns and meaningful brand experiences for clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-person channels
• Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing content and promotional materials
• Work with sales and client-facing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and campaign documentation
• Support events, activations, and field marketing initiatives as required
• Provide general administrative and team support

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, communications, and business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus, but not essential
