• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
• Assist in organising and managing marketing projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct market research and analyse data from reports and feedback.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.
• Coordinate advertising and PR activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Use analytics tools to gather and interpret marketing data.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, inventories, and databases.
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows and events.
• Contribute to both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Assist the sales team with lead tracking and promotional materials.
• Keep website content current and relevant.
• Write copy for brochures, press releases, and customer success stories.
• Collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and office management.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with market research methods and tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
• Previous experience in a marketing support role is a plus.
