Junior Merchandiser - Rapid Progression

REED have partnered with a forward-thinking company in the fashion industry, and they are currently seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join their dynamic team.

Job Title: Junior Merchandiser 

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire 

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (based on qualifications and experience)

Our client are a dynamic fashion and footwear company with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll play a crucial role in optimising inventory, analysing sales data, and ensuring our products are strategically placed to maximise sales.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and execute product assortments.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Analyse sales data and identify trends to inform buying decisions.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly, and seasonal trade and inventory performance reports.
• Conduct post-event and promotion analyses to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
