Do you want to work for an established manufacturer that will invest in your development, train you on specialist production machinery, and give you the opportunity to build a long-term career as a Maintenance Engineer? On offer is the opportunity to join an established manufacturing business where you will receive hands-on training on specialist production machinery while developing your skills long term. You will work within a busy production environment, supporting experienced engineers and helping to keep machinery running efficiently. In this varied role, you will perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across production equipment and site machinery. You will support fault finding, repairs, machine reliability, and work closely with production teams to help minimise downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. This role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer or similar who is looking for a 4 on 4 off shift role, on-the-job training, progression, and uncapped overtime paid at time and a half.
