• Integrate ingredient and recipe information into our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Generate essential documentation for Product Development and liaise across departments to streamline the New Product Development (NPD) process.
• Ensure all ingredients meet approval standards and assist in the transition of projects from development to production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to match ingredients and liquids to project specifications.
• Support the NPD Manager in cost-saving and optimisation projects, and manage trials to ensure efficient execution and reporting.
• Develop new liquids in alignment with project briefs and current legislation, maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

• Degree in a related field such as Food Science, Chemistry, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry-related regulatory standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with technical equipment and laboratory procedures.
