My client based in Guildford is looking for a Junior Office Assistant provides administrative support by managing office tasks such as scheduling, customer service, and document management.

Description

  • Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and visitors.
  • Organising and maintaining office documents, both physical and digital.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of office activities and transactions.
  • Providing support to senior office staff with various tasks and projects.
  • Ensuring the office environment is clean, organised, and functional.
  • Arranging and managing bookings for office events and staff holidays.
  • Taking care of office pets, including walking the dog if applicable.

Profile

The successful candidate does not have to have the experience with the above, however is looking for someone who can spin plates at different times.
