Junior operations manager (Requires Fluency in English and Bulgarian)

We are looking to hire a Junior Operations Manager to become a part of our growing company.

ID Facility management is a fast-growing well established company based in central London. ID facility management has a strong brand reputation and currently provides a great variety of cleaning and facilities services to our clients.

About the role:

Manage teams of site supervisors and cleaning personnel to achieve successful performance

Ensure teams safety measures during cleaning operations

Visit sites on regular occasions to ensure quality performance

Oversee and prepare rotas on weekly bases

Manage day to day operational challenges and tasks

Lease with clients to ensure quality performance and maintain the high standards

Recruit new cleaning operatives and provide induction and COSHH training in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures

Responsible for supporting, mentoring, coaching and development of cleaning operatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in cleaning industry.

Willing to do a rotating shift (when necessary night shift and able to work longer hours on occasions).

Field work required.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.

Able to multi-task and ability to work well in a fast environment

Possess good leadership skills

Driving license

Fluent in Bulgarian as part of the cleaning operatives are bulgarian speaking only.

Salary: £36,000.00- £42,000.00 per year depends of the expirience
