A growing boutique search firm is looking for a bright, proactive Junior PA/Researcher to support a Senior Partner. If you're confident, organised, and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment-this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role:
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the Senior Partner. You'll be handling everything from diary management and client comms to research and pitch preparation. No two days will be the same, and you'll have real responsibility from the get-go.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing diaries and coordinating meetings

• Liaising with high-level clients on behalf of the Partner

• Conducting research ahead of meetings and pitches

• Creating slick, professional PowerPoint decks

• Keeping the CRM (Bullhorn) up to date
