But how many deliver?

If you're reading this there's a chance that your employer isn't. They say all the right things and are a nice bunch. But you're hitting a glass ceiling and haven't heard about that promised progression for months.

Here, given their niche clientele, you’ll develop your technical skills in new areas. You’ll be sat next to a senior paraplanner who is incredibly supportive. There's encouragement to take exams. And importantly, everyone has their own dedicated pathway so you can see how you'll progress.

Your starting salary will be up to c£40,000pa. And when we say "starting" we mean it - this client contacts us ahead of appraisals to make sure they're staying ahead of the market. We know that someone we placed is on significantly more than when they started, as an example.

There's a healthy bonus too. They've paid out on this every year, including during Covid, and that's a hefty four figure sum each December.

There's 26 days holiday but that goes up with service and you can also buy up to 10 extra days.

You're trusted with hybrid working. They close the office on Fridays so you get to work from home. And you can also choose to work from home on either a Monday or Thursday.

They’re nice too, which is an often-overlooked feature. It’s a welcoming business with a proper work life balance (no pressure to stay late every night).
Your job will focus on working alongside the senior paraplanning, writing reports and doing research.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You'll have experience writing reports for a financial planning firm. You'll have progressed with your level 4 studies but don't need to be fully qualified yet.

And you'll be ready to step up, learn and take on more responsibility.
