? The Role

As a Junior Paraplanner, you’ll work closely with Financial Advisers and the wider operations team to support the preparation of compliant, high-quality advice.

You don’t need to be the finished article — this role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience in an IFA environment who is now ready to step up. Diploma qualifications are welcomed, but not essential, and full study support is offered.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing suitability reports for pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning cases
• Support Advisers in gathering and analysing client information, fact finds, and risk assessments
• Conduct product and provider research to support tailored recommendations
• Help manage the end-to-end advice process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Liaise directly with clients as confidence grows — especially during review processes
• Contribute to a friendly and collaborative team culture

? What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a Wealth Management or IFA environment — either as a Senior Administrator or Junior Paraplanner
• Ideally working towards or holding the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (but this is not a requirement)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A desire to learn, grow, and develop within a professional and ethical advisory firm
• Based within reach of Stansted, Essex, with hybrid working supported (part-time considered)
