Are you a Junior Pre-Construction Manager from a M&E background or someone who's recently completed City & Guilds 2396, looking for an interesting a varied role for a well-known business who are experts in their technical niche?

Do you want a role where you'll be trained one-on-one by senior members of the team, developing key skills and be on a clear pathway to become a fully competent Pre-Construction Manager?

In this role you will be working on the Pre-Construction stages of contracts for a specialist consultancy who are experts in the design and build of Data Centres. Working below a senior project leader, you'll be taught a broad range of skills from technical specification, electrical and mechanical design and how to effectively coordinate teams across different areas of expertise.

This role would suit a Junior Pre-Construction Manager or someone with C&G 2396 who is looking for a varied role, where they'll learn directly from experts with a clear progression path to become a Pre-Construction Manager.

The Role:

• Liaising with key stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Interpreting Engineering drawings and creating specifications for a Mechanical and Electrical Design Teams
• Meeting with clients, contractors and local authorities to ensure works run smoothly
• On the job training from senior members of the Project team
• Direct progression to Pre-Construction Manager

The Person:

• Junior Pre-Construction Manager or similar
• Mechanical or Electrical building services background
• Looking for a varied and diverse role involving design, project and stakeholder management
• UK Drivers License
