The Role
As our Junior Print Designer, you’ll support the Senior Print Designer in bringing exciting seasonal print collections to life across all departments - from soft woven to tailoring and knit. You’ll work closely with design and buying teams to ensure each print enhances the final product and stays true to our brand DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and design innovative prints and artworks across all product categories
• Collaborate with designers and buyers to deliver fashion-forward, commercially successful prints
• Assist with CAD work and placement specs for print development
• Manage print libraries, strike-offs, fabric samples, and approvals
• Respond to sales data to inform and refine future designs
• Keep administrative tools (library documents, sample tracking, etc.) up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Design or related field
• A passion for print, fashion, and detail
• Strong skills in Photoshop, CAD, hand drawing/painting, and print layout
• A positive, team-focused attitude with great communication skills
• Agile and resilient - you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Someone who challenges the status quo and thinks creatively
