Junior Product Copywriter

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Product Copywriter to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine love for beauty. The Junior Copywriter will support the Senior Copywriter and Brand Manager, in developing compelling copy across a variety of platforms, contributing to the overall effectiveness and appeal of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Junior Product Copywriter

Content Development:

Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading engaging, on-brand copy for a range of formats, with a primary focus on:

• New Product Development (NPD) content within skincare, haircare, cosmetics, fragrance, and body care
• Marketing product decks, including market research and concept development
• Website product pages and editorial content
• Lookbooks and merchandising materials
• Training decks for retail collaborations

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Senior Copywriter and Brand Manager to share and manage the copywriting workload
• Respond to merchandising requests by delivering tailored, persuasive copy that aligns with product strategy

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all customer-facing materials and brands.
• Ensure that all copy aligns with brand guidelines and broader marketing objectives

Requirements for the role of Junior Product Copywriter:

• A genuine love for beauty and awareness of the market—this is a must!
• At least 12 months experience in a similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
