For a long time, this international freight forwarder has been an expert in freight forwarding and project logistics for clients all over the world fully focusing on identifying clients’ specific needs and tailoring customised solutions to suit and exceed these requirements.

Our client pride themselves on delivering the best in terms of both cost and service. They are now looking for a full-time JuniorProject Coordinator located in the heart of Ipswich.

This is a one off amazing opportunity ideally suited to a Graduate who is looking to carve a brand new career for themselves within an exciting and demanding industry. However, this role can also be open to candidates looking to transfer to a totally new sector and career.

An idea of what you will be doing:

-Assisting with providing timely and accurate quotations to our overseas branches and external clients for various transportation modes
-Supporting in determining transport solutions for different types of cargo and routes
-Helping to coordinate international transport and logistics projects following company procedure
-Learning to use company tools, such as CRM or TMS to maximise their benefits
-Working collaboratively with branch colleagues on supportive tasks like preparing documents and submitting them through web platforms.
-Contributing to business development activities by gathering relevant information and preparing presentations
-Participating in collaborative activities with other offices and corporate function
