Junior Project Manager

Job Title: Junior Project Manager (Refurbishment projects)
Location: Brough
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support and deliver on small works construction / refurbishment projects in Brough. You will manage and lead the projects on site, liaising with the Senior Management team, clients, subcontractors and other trades, co-ordinating all aspects of the works so that the building project is completed in line with the requirements, within budget and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of projects
• Managing project teams, coordinating resources and liaising with the client
• Prepare and issue key project documentation such as project briefs, project initiation documentation and project planning documents.
• Lead and manage project teams
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in a project management or coordination role, with a focus on projects with varying levels of risk, cost time and CDM complexity.

Additional requirements include:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of Project Management tools and platforms
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards holding SMSTS (or willing to gain qualification).
