Established for over 40 years, this world leading company specialise in the design & manufacture of specialist systems for use in a wide variety of industries. They have developed an unrivalled reputation within their market and are the global leader within it. With recent investments and big plans for the future, they are now going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their expert team.

In this role you will be supporting the project management team in order to successfully deliver a range of NPI projects across the business. This will involve managing your own smaller projects, assisting senior PMs with lager projects, and liaising with all areas of the company from Sales to R&D to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be provided with extensive training and have the opportunity to progress into a more senior project management role.

This role would therefore suit an individual with a background in electronics/electromechanical manufacturing and some experience with NPI, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to progress their career at a world leading company.

The Role:

• Supporting the delivery of NPI projects
• Managing your own smaller projects
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget
• Overseeing KPI dashboard
• Extensive training provided

The Person:

• Experience within electronic/electromechanical manufacturing
• Some understanding of NPI process
