Description:
An excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior Project Manager, looking to play a key role in the successful delivery of exciting projects while developing their career within a supportive and forward thinking environment.

The Role

Lead the delivery of small to medium-sized business change projects from initiation through to completion.
Support the Change Manager in delivering larger strategic transformation programmes.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Produce weekly project status reports.
Update project dashboards.
Track budgets where required.
Tracking improvement requests
Prioritising activities with stakeholders
Monitoring delivery progress
Ensuring changes are documented
Measuring benefits realised
Produce clear project documentation including business cases, status reports, RAID logs and implementation plans.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed governance and project management standards.
Person:

Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile
Ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Previous experience coordinating projects or delivering business initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills.
Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
