This well-established award-winning company who supplies innovative solutions to the housebuilding industry, they have an exciting and complex pipeline of projects where you will be able to build an impressive portfolio.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery and handover of greenspace projects, managing contractors, inspecting landscape works, resolving defects and ensuring sites meet technical, environmental and quality standards before entering long-term management.

This role would suit an experienced Junior Project Manager or similar from a landscaping, estates or ground management background looking to take ownership of projects and progress their career within a growing business.

The Role:

Manage the delivery of green space, landscape and environmental projects
Inspect landscape works and ensure contractors meet project specifications
Manage contractors, budgets, defects and remedial works
Coordinate project handover into long-term estate management
Oversee initial aftercare and maintenance contractors
Travel to sites across the South and Southwest of EnglandThe Person:

Landscape, estate management or similar background
Project Manager or Co Ordinator experience
Commutable to Bristol with full UK driving licenseReference: BBBH 27354
