Are you a Junior Project Manager from a manufacturing background looking to kickstart and develop your career with an innovative company at the forefront of the Defence and Aerospace manufacturing industry with an exciting company offering external training courses and progression into Project Manager?

On offer is the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative engineering company, providing high-quality manufacturing and welding solutions across multiple industries, including defence, aerospace and rail. Due to their organic growth, they are looking to further expand their team, having secured new contracts with major blue-chip clients and expanding their footprint in key sectors.

In this role, you will be working alongside the sales and production team, managing projects whilst liaising with blue-chip clients, including the planning and implementation process of current and future projects. You will be provided with training such as shadowing on internal systems, external training courses and will have the opportunity to complete a fully funded chartership or a relevant master's degree.

This role would suit a Junior Project Manager from a manufacturing background or similar looking to kickstart and develop your career with an innovative company at the forefront of the Defence and Aerospace manufacturing industry with an exciting company offering external training courses and progression into Project Manager.

The Role:

• Working with the current Sales and Production team to ensure compliance
• Planning and implementation of any projects
• Progression to Project Manager within 5 years
• Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 5:15pm, Friday - 7:45 am - 1pm
