??? Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week in the Worthing office, with potential travel to Kent, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight
?? Travel: Access to a vehicle is essential - many sites are not accessible by train
?? On-Site Requirement: 2-4 days per week at operational sites, depending on project needs

About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to support the delivery of major transformation projects across operational sites. You'll play a key role in coordinating activities, supporting training delivery, and ensuring effective communication and execution of business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of project workstreams and maintain plans and reports
• Support stakeholder training delivery (no material design required)
• Prepare documentation, update RAID logs, and track meeting actions
• Liaise with site managers, suppliers, and delivery teams during go-live prep
• Identify and escalate risks, ensuring high-quality support throughout project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting projects or programmes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident communicator with experience delivering training
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
