Are you eager to start or grow your career in property management? We’re looking for a motivated Junior Property Manager to join our team and assist with managing residential properties while learning and developing your skills in a supportive environment.

The Role:

As a Junior Property Manager, you will work alongside senior managers to support the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with property inspections and maintenance coordination
• Support tenancy management including renewals and rent collection
• Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries
• Help ensure compliance with property regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and property management systems
• Support senior managers with various administrative and operational tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience or strong interest in property management or real estate (internships, admin roles, or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
