Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Asset Management team with daily operations

• Update and maintain property management software

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections and prepare follow-up reports

• Coordinate contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs

• Assist with monitoring service charges and preparing budgets

• Respond to tenant enquiries and manage communications

• Maintain accurate property records and assist with compliance tasks

• Support lease renewals and rent reviews alongside senior colleagues

About You:

• Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Some experience or knowledge of commercial property

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Enthusiastic and eager to develop in a property management role

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment

Desirable (but not essential):

• Knowledge of property management software (Re-Leased preferred)

• Understanding of lease agreements and landlord/tenant responsibilities

• Interest in working towards APC - full support provided
