Junior QA Automation Engineer

with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...
Collaborate within a multi-functional team across various environments to deliver high-quality software solutions
Identify and implement automated testing solutions to accelerate software delivery and improve time-to-market
Translate business and technical requirements into detailed, testable scenarios
Analyse user stories to identify candidates for automation and develop scripts using the in-house test automation framework
Execute automation scripts in virtual machines (VMs) or through CI/CD pipelines
Configure and maintain automation scripts on CI/CD platforms
Actively participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
Provide accurate effort estimation for testing activities
Craft SQL queries to perform database validations
Develop comprehensive frontend and backend automation tests
Generate and present detailed release reports monthly

Qualifications

Components for success. You...
Have 1-2 years of experience in Test Automation
Are proficient in Python & SQL or other programing languages
Knows Selenium/Playwright for test automation
Are familiar Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks and processes
Own ISTQB foundation certificate
You'll get extra points for...
