This award-winning building company specialises in high-quality bespoke residential projects, delivering a wide range of new builds, refurbishments, and renovations across Oxfordshire. Their portfolio spans both the residential and commercial sectors, with project values typically ranging from £250,000 to £1.5 million. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to the company's continued growth and enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects.

In this role, you will be based at the Oxford office, supporting the Commercial Director with projects. Key responsibilities include assisting with cost management, pricing up variations, meeting clients, and completing valuations, to name a few. While the role is predominantly office-based, there may be occasional travel to project sites throughout Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the construction industry and will be motivated to develop and progress in a Quantity Surveyor role. This is an office-based role in Oxford.
