This business delivers modular buildings and fit-out projects across healthcare, data centers, pharma, clean rooms, and education sectors. Having strongly established themselves in the market in Ireland, they are now targeting growth across the UK and Europe, and this role plays a key part in making that happen.

You'll join a friendly and experienced commercial team based out of their Gort office, working on tenders, assessing payment applications, estimating, and procurement. You'll support senior QSs and estimators while receiving tailored training on modular systems, regular site exposure, and even help with further developing your career through a wide range of exposure and assistance with professional qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years' experience in quantity surveying or estimating, a full driver's license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

The Role:

• Assist with tenders, estimating, procurement, and sub-contractor management
• Assess payment applications and track labour hours
• Regular measurement and placing orders
• Support senior commercial staff and attend occasional site visits
• Receive ongoing training and exposure to modular construction systems

The Person:

• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
• Experience in measurement, procurement, or tendering
• Communication and organisational skills
• Based within commuting distance of Gort with your own transport and licence
