Are you a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar looking for a varied role working on a broad range of specialist projects within a well-established Consultancy who offer specialist ongoing training and a range of progression opportunities across the business?

This company are a well-established Construction company who work on varied and exciting construction projects across a range of industries. Since their establishment 24 years ago they have experienced continual growth and are now diversifying into new areas, due to this growth they are looking for a new Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

In this varied role you will receive initial training and then work on projects from inception through to completion, reviewing and updating contractor proposals, raising purchase orders and helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, other departments and key stakeholders as you work primarily in office with some hybrid work and site visitation.

This varied role would suit a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join a well-established consultancy who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Work on varied projects
• Raise purchase orders in systems
• Review contractor proposals, collect information, negotiate and challenge contractors costs
• Preparing Quotations and negotiating tenders
• Hybrid work (primarily office based) with travel to sites nationwide

The Person:

• Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar
• Looking to join a Consultancy
• Full Driving Licence - happy to travel
