Are you a Junior Quantity Surveyor from a construction or property management background, looking for an autonomous role with a leading construction company, where you will be working closely with the Commercial Director, receive industry training and be offered company bonuses, car allowance and progression?

In this role you will be involved with appointing and managing subcontractors, preparing tenders, handling valuations and cost reports as well as ensuring financial recovery. You will be working closely with senior members of the team throughout decision making processes from the office near Rhyl. You will be expected to be in the office from Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times based on a 41hr week.

This role would suit a Junior Quantity Surveyor from a construction or property management background, looking for a stable role which will offer training and a range of bonuses and benefits.

The Role

• Undertake full Quantity Surveying duties
• Manage subcontractor appointments and project costs.
• Handle valuations, variations, and commercial matters.
• Ensure budget compliance and provide cost reports
• Monday to Friday, flexible start times within a 41-hour week

The Person

• Junior Quantity Surveyor from a Civils/Construction background
• UK driver's license
