An outstanding Legal 500 ranked law firm based in the West End is looking for a Junior Receptionist to join their team.

The Opportunity

The successful Junior Receptionist will be friendly and professional, ideally with Front of House or Hospitality experience. Duties to include:

• Operating the switchboard, greeting all callers in a professional manner
• Greeting all clients and visitors
• Setting up meeting rooms and reception area
• Ensuring meeting rooms are fully stocked
• Ordering taxis and couriers, ensuring the correct forms are completed
• Ensuring office, kitchen and stationary is fully stocked
• Working alongside the Reception Manager and provide general support
• Ensuring coffee machines are stocked and cleaned daily

This Legal Receptionist opportunity is a full time, office based position, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:30am to 6:00pm on Friday.

Requirements

• Previous Front of House/Hospitality experience
