Join a growing agency that does things the right way.
At Teaching Tomorrow, we connect talented educators with local schools quickly, honestly, and without unnecessary fluff. We are known for our straightforward approach, rapid placements, and dedicated support for both teachers and schools. We are a local, people-first company that is experiencing rapid growth.
This is your opportunity to learn about recruitment from the inside out. You will start by shadowing an experienced consultant and then take on your own territory when you're ready. We make no empty promises; there are no menial tasks like tea runs. Just honest work, real clients, and genuine career progression.
What you’ll do:
Phase 1: Shadow + Learn (first 3–6 months)
Support a consultant with a live desk: sourcing, compliance, booking cover
Write and post job adverts (on Indeed, CV-Library, etc.)
Screen candidates by phone, book interviews, and manage availability
Help track bookings, check-in candidates, and update the CRM (Tracker RMS)
Join client calls and school meetings to understand how we work
Phase 2: Step up into your patch
Take ownership of a defined local area (e.g. part of Bucks or Northants)
Build relationships with new and existing schools (phone + in-person)
Visit schools to understand their needs and build trust face-to-face
Source candidates to fill day-to-day and long-term bookings
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – from job ad to placement
Earn commission based on your desk’s performance
You’ll need to be:
Confident on the phone (you’ll be speaking to schools and teachers daily)
Willing to visit schools and build authentic relationships
Highly organised — able to juggle calls, bookings and admin under pressure
Driven to succeed, but not cutthroat — we’re a people-first business
Comfortable using online systems and job boards
Open to feedback, learning fast, and taking initiative
You’ll do well here if:
You’ve worked in sales, customer service, education or hospitality
You enjoy solving problems and thinking on your feet
You like building relationships — not just ticking boxes
You want a long-term career with real progression
You’re based locally and want to build something in your community
What you get:
£20,000 – £24,000 salary depending on experience
1-1 coaching and hands-on support from senior consultants
A straightforward route to promotion and commission once you’re live on your desk
Proper training in recruitment, compliance, and client care
Supportive, ambitious team — no corporate politics here
Real responsibility, fast — no making tea for 12 months
