KPI People are a Bedford based Automotive Recruitment Specialist. Formed in 2013, we offer Temporary and Permanent recruitment solutions to the UK's Motor Retail sector and are a trusted partner to many of the UK's leading dealership groups and select independent operations.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for outgoing and confident individuals to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants, and kick start their career in recruitment.
You will be given the opportunity to learn about our company, our candidates and our customers from the ground up and receive full training and support from our experienced team.
Opportunity to progress to Recruitment Consultant, Principal Consultant, Territory Manager and more.
Responsibilities and duties:
·Talent Search with active use of our KPI database, job boards, Linkedin etc
·Making a high volume of daily outbound calls to candidates
·Answering and directing Inbound calls
·Placing job adverts onto multiple job boards
·Assisting with Marketing of the brand.
·Qualifying candidates and matching them to the best positions.
·Building relationships with your clients
·Interviewing and providing accurate feedback
·Learning and engaging in the entire recruitment process.
·Understanding recruitment legislation and compliance
·Keeping up to date with database administration

Package
·Basic Salary £25,000
·On Target Earnings of £31,000 (uncapped)
·Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
