What You'll Be Doing:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates that truly make a difference.

• Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while smashing sales targets.

• Learning the ins and outs of business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy.

Entry Requirements:

• GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

• Commitment to a full-time role and an 18-month apprenticeship.
