What You’ll Do:

• Candidate Attraction & Marketing: Use your creativity to craft campaigns that attract top tech talent, using LinkedIn, social media, and other digital platforms.

• Build Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with clients and candidates, understanding their goals and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

• Act as a Consultant: Guide clients and candidates through every step of the hiring process, becoming their trusted advisor and problem solver.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A background in marketing, sales, or business (ideally 1-3 years) but open we're open to graduates as well.

• A passion for working with people and building strong relationships.

• Creative thinking—whether it’s writing a compelling campaign or finding the perfect candidate for a challenging role.

• A competitive, goal-driven mindset—you love smashing targets.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting yourself to clients and candidates.

• Experience with digital tools, platforms, or CRM systems is a bonus.

• A positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn and grow.
