We're looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Crawley, specialising in the Transport & Logistics and Production sectors.
You do not need recruitment experience. If you have a background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, we'll provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter.
With a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission and realistic first-year earnings of up to £50,000, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.
The Role
* Building relationships with new and existing clients.
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into temporary and permanent positions.
* Managing vacancies from start to finish.
* Developing new business through telephone calls, networking and client visits.
* Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
* Working towards achievable targets while earning uncapped commission.
About You
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is essential.
* Recruitment experience is not required.
* Motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
* Full UK driving licence is desirable.
