Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant (Sales)
Reports to: Managing Consultant / Team Manager

Proactive Global specialises in hiring engineering professionals in the Automation, Manufacturing & Robotics sectors. We are looking to hire a graduate recruitment consultant to work within our Staines office. We have an exciting opportunities in our Automation and Manufacturing divisions. You will join on a graduate recruitment consultant programme - learning all the fundamentals to set you up for success.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be responsible for;

Actively working with our top talent candidates to help source them a new role
Tracking new sales opportunities within a target area
Working closely with wider team to create new opportunities for existing candidates
Sourcing new customer contacts to generate new sales opportunities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

A people-person, happy to be talking all day and working closely with customers
Confident and keen to take on challenges outside of your comfort zone
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
You - we hire potential not experience!
You may not have directly relevant experience, that's okay - what is important is that you are innovative, solutions-focused and driven by success, combined with a strong desire to work with your customers to provide a world class service.
