The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a sales role within the commodity industry. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Develop Leads: Proactively research and identify potential clients in the commodity market sector. Utilize various tools and strategies to generate new leads.- Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce EklipX Research's services. Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing & digital marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.Qualifications:- Motivation: Self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company. Ability to work hard, independently and as part of a team.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.- Experience: At least two years of experience in a sales role within the commodity industry is required.- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
