Location: Milton Keynes, UK (3 days a week in-office)
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum + bonus!

A leading company within the gaming technology industry are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Account Manager to join their commerical team. This company are committed to creating innovative gaming experiences for players worldwide and they are looking for their hire to join a dynamic and growing team due to growth within the business!
You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients within the industry.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maximising sales and ensuring client satisfaction. With a focus on building revenue, you will engage with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and expand existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue
- Research and understand the gaming industry, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet client requirements
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new games, and industry events to identify potential prospects and expand client base
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- 1+ years account management experience/client relationship management experience
- Previous sales experience
- Strong passion for and knowledge of the gaming industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work 3 days a week in-office in Milton Keynes and the remaining days remotely
