Junior Sales Administrator – Retail Sales Team

Location: Worcester
Salary: £22,500 - £24,000
Hours: 35 per week (Mon-Thurs: 9:00am – 5:00pm; Fri: 8:00am - 4:00pm)

Are you currently working in retail or hospitality and looking to move into an office role? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join their Retail Sales Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to transition into an office-based role, supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks related to retail sales.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Processing retail customer orders via email and phone using a set price list.
Handling service-related queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Updating and maintaining price lists with accuracy.
Assisting with the organisation of product sample boards for displays.
Conducting weekly stock checks.
Sending out client invitations for trade shows.
Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
Comfortable handling data entry tasks with precision.
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks, such as organising display materials.
